NOTES: Stumpage prices equal mill yard prices for the first log in the tree X .65 for hardwoods,  X .75 for white pine, X .9 for red pine, X .75 hemlock and spruce grades 1 & 2, X .9 for hemlock and spruce grades 3 & 4, less $120 for logging and trucking.  Stumpage tree grades 1-4 are KD grades, which were derived from standard log grades.   See KD Compiler paper.
